Schedule Your Priorities

Set your most important priority for today, this week, month, or year — then schedule it directly to your calendar with a downloadable .ics, .ical, or .ifb file.

Frequently Asked Questions

What calendar apps does this work with?
The .ics format is universally supported by Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (iCal), Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Calendar, and virtually every calendar app. Just download the file and open it to add the event.
What is the difference between .ics, .ical, and .ifb?
.ics and .ical are effectively the same iCalendar format and work with all major calendar apps. .ifb (Free/Busy) uses the same format but is traditionally used for sharing availability. All three will create a calendar event when opened.
Why "Schedule Your Priorities" instead of "Prioritize Your Schedule"?
This tool is inspired by Stephen Covey's insight: "The key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities." Instead of managing a to-do list, you identify what would make your day, week, month, or year successful — then commit to it by putting it on your calendar.
Is my data saved anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Your priority text and calendar event are never sent to any server. Close the tab and it is gone — by design.
