How do I use the goal breakdown tool?
Enter your main goal, then add smaller steps or milestones. Rate each by impact (how much it matters) and effort (how hard it is). Sort by "Best ROI" to find quick wins.
What is the ROI score?
The ROI score is impact divided by effort. A score of 2x or higher means high impact for low effort — those are your quick wins. Scores below 1x may not be worth the effort.
Can I drag to reorder?
Yes. In Manual sort mode, you can drag sub-goals into any order you prefer. Switching to a different sort mode will automatically reorder them.
